Here are five HubSpot workflow examples that will help you grow (1cm a day!)

1. Form Submission

Form Submission β†’ Consultation request form filled out on any page β†’ Create Task β†’ β€œ[First Name], [Last Name] came in as a lead. Please grade them" β†’ Assign to Contact Owner

2.Β Lead Source is Unknown

Lead Source is Unknown β†’ First check Organic Search β†’ Then check Paid Search or Paid Social Media β†’ Then check Email Marketing β†’ Then check Organic Social Media β†’ Then check Referrals β†’ Then check Other Campaigns β†’ Then check Direct Traffic β†’ Then check Offline β†’ If the lead was found in any category, assign to Lead Source

3. Unengaged Contacts

Unengaged Contacts (not a member of unsubscribed) β†’ Send Email (to reengage) β†’ If clicks, engaged β†’ Send to 1st Touch Point List β†’ If not re-engaged, send another email in X days β†’ Continue X day process until touch point created (clicked)

4. Re-engaging

Re-engaging - X day ago contact and it is not in any pipeline β†’ Create Task of "Re-engage with [First Name], [Last Name]" β†’ Send Email β†’ Repeat X days after until clicked

5. Customer Journey / Anniversary

Customer Journey / Anniversary β†’ Trigger: Became a customer date is more than X days ago and is less than X dates ago β†’ There are active in the pipeline β†’ Send Anniversary Email
